Meet our brilliant team!
Each young person we support on a full-time basis has a combination of Behaviour Support Workers, Behaviour Support Therapists, Behaviour Technicians, Senior Behaviour Support Therapists, and are supported by an ABA Supervisor or ABA Consultant, who in turn have support from the Senior ABA Consultant, CQC Registered Manager, and Director as required.
We’re proud to currently have 5 BCBAs/UK-BA(certs) and 13 RBTs working with us, with a number of other colleagues working towards further certification and accreditation.
