Beam ABA Services welcomes your comments on the service it provides. We are committed to providing a high quality service and complaints are one way that we can monitor, improve and develop our service.

Beam encourages those who use its services to be involved in the management and decision-making processes. This helps to ensure that our services meet our user’s needs and expectations. We all do our best to provide a high quality service but occasionally things can go wrong. If they do, you can make a complaint and so we can rectify the problem.

Who can complain?

  • Anyone who uses our service, and their parents/carers or other associated relative or friend
  • Professionals
  • Anyone interacting with our company, such as via our website or social media

What is a complaint?

Any form of dissatisfaction with the level of service you are entitled to, for example:

  • Failure to achieve acceptable standards in our services
  • Dissatisfaction with the way you have been treated
  • Dissatisfaction with decisions that affect you

A complaint is a way of letting us know about a problem so we can ensure it is acknowledged and rectified.
