Working for us
Our commitment to deliver excellence in ABA provision means we offer our people the support and training they need to grow and develop within the field. Our in-house training is delivered by MSc and BCBA accredited Supervisors and we offer study release and contributions towards course fees for formal accreditation. We now offer Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training to all Behaviour Support Therapists who have successfully passed their probationary period. This credential is recognised worldwide by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
You will work within family homes, in the community and in academic settings. While all senior roles require formal qualifications and experience, our entry level roles receive full training and we consider candidates from a variety of backgrounds. Candidates are often (but not exclusively) psychology or special education graduates, are all physically fit, enthusiastic, have the desire to learn and an interest in ABA.
All our people are expected to adhere to the Beam Code of Conduct
