Online clinical sessions are regular sessions that bring the parent and ABA Consultant together via video calls. The online clinical sessions include:
This one-off fee covers clinical assessment and development of your individual ABA programme. This includes a 60 minute video call alongside an ABA consultant as they guide you through the assessment form, ABA programme development, 60 minute video call with the Consultant to review programme, and the ABA programme delivered in PDF format (which includes a Behaviour Support Plan and Personalised Plan).
These are the regular 60 minute clincal sessions that bring the parent and ABA Consultant together via video calls. There is a minimum of two online clinical sessions per month to ensure the Consultant has full oversight of the programme as it is implemented by the parent. During the clinical sessions, your child’s progress in reviewed and discussed by the Consultant. They will provide support and guidance on programme implementation, report on data analysis, monitor progress against goals and continually refine the programme. Between the online clinical sessions, Consulants are also available via email support (see email support) and you have full unlimited access to the ABA eLearning content and peer-to-peer support.
We receive payment monthly in advance by direct debit. Our terms are available on beamaba.wpengine.com/terms
You’ll need a suitable device and internet connection to ensure productive video sessions. All video sessions are pre-scheduled. Standard: Your Consultant will respond to emails relating to the practicalities of implementing the ABA programme. Any clinical issues will be noted and discussed at your next scheduled video session. Enhanced: Your Consultant will respond to emails relating to the practicalities of implementing the ABA programme and will provide first level clinical support via email. Our standard response times for email support is one working day. During normal working hours we’ll respond as quickly as we can, although bear in mind that Consultants may be engaged with another service user so may not instantly respond to emails.
Our ABA Pathfinder programmes use the principles of behaviour to teach new skills and decrease problem behaviours. Programme targets are decided through discussion with you to make sure we develop goals that are important and have meaningful benefits. You will receive a Personalised Plan detailing individual targets, strategies for implementation, and the methods by which progress will be tracked. You will also have an individual Behaviour Plan targeting any behaviours that may present as a barrier, and address any behaviours that are in excess or deficit.
The ABA programme is data driven. Goals and objectives are observable and measurable. Data is continuously collected on the targeted behaviours to help identify whether interventions are working or not. Our Consultants will work closely with you and regularly review progress. You will receive progress reports every two months.
Between sessions, parents have full unlimited access to ABA eLearning content modules, which include an introduction to ABA, ABA prinicples and ABA communication with more modules continually added. Parents can also access peer-to-peer support forums, as well as other learning resources and materials.
Once you have completed the online assessment with the Consultant, they will be in touch to discuss the details provided in the form and gathered during discussion. The Consultant will guide you on the right package for you, based on your needs, your family’s needs, and the complexity of the programme
