All staff receive a work phone for work purposes.
Working with BEAM, you will work with 2-4 young people across the week, each of whom will have their own team of Behaviour Support Workers, Behaviour Support Therapists, Behaviour Technicians, and Senior Behaviour Support Therapists. You will be supported by a BCBA/UK-BA(cert) to ensure you feel equipped to provide quality support and to grow and develop.
We work in the young person’s home and spend a lot of our time providing support in the community. We provide 5, 6, and 7 days of support depending on what we have been commissioned to provide.
We provide full-time support to individuals who are referred to us by a Local Authority, an ICB, and/or by a parent who holds a personalised budget. We do not provide support to private paying families, as we wish for our support to be provided to individuals based on need rather on means.
